Intro to Jumps and Drops

Are you an intermediate/advanced mountain bike rider who’s looking to get their wheels off the ground? In this course we’ll take you through a series of progression steps that will help you learn how to safely execute jumps and drops. The course will start with a 1hr skills session on kickers followed by a trail ride to practice new skills (approx. 1.5 hours of trail riding). 


Skills we’ll practice:

  • Jumping body position

  • Wheel lifts

  • Jump technique (wedges and kickers)

  • Tabletops

  • Drop technique


Ratio: 6 riders per instructor
