Are you an intermediate/advanced mountain bike rider who’s looking to get their wheels off the ground? In this course we’ll take you through a series of progression steps that will help you learn how to safely execute jumps and drops.
Skills we’ll practice:
Jumping body position
Wheel lifts
Jump technique (wedges and kickers)
Tabletops
Drop technique
Ratio: 6 riders per instructor
