Beginner Weekly Series

New to mountain biking? Join us for this confidence building three week series. Each week we'll focus on a new skill and ride a new trail area, all with a supportive group of riders at similar levels. Each class will start with a short (~30-60min) skills session followed by a trail ride to practice our new skills. This course runs on 3 consecutive Tuesday evenings in Elkwater.


Skills we’ll practice:

  • How to check and set up your bike

  • Descending

  • Braking

  • Shifting

  • Climbing

  • Cornering


Ratio: 6 riders per instructor
