Intro to Jumps and Pumps

Are you an intermediate/advanced mountain bike rider who’s looking to get their wheels off the ground? In this session we’ll take you through a series of progression steps that will help you learn how to safely execute jumps and flow through pumps.

Skills we’ll practice:

  • Jumping body position

  • Wheel lifts

  • Jump technique

  • Tabletops

  • Pumping fundamentals

Ratio: 6 riders per instructor
