Foundational Trail Skills

This course is for youth ages 9-14 yrs who already have some experience with mountain biking and are comfortable on green singletrack and are looking to tackle blue singletrack, and rolling over small obstacles and roots.


Skills we’ll practice:

  • Basic body positioning

  • Braking fundamentals

  • Cornering fundamentals

  • Rolling over small obstacles


Ratio: 6 riders per instructor
